The growing substrate consists of natural materials produced at the farm, and when growth has ended, the substrate is recycled as compost for various agricultural purposes.
The farm has cooperated with Netafim to develop an innovative controlled irrigation system, which supports higher quality, as well as significantly shorter and more durable growth cycles. Computerized control methods and growth technology combine to create a truly “high-tech” agriculture. Natural waste is recycled and integrated in the growing cycle to create an ideal substrate from which delicate, healthy and tasty products are harvested.
